E-POSTER SESSION

🖼️ e-Poster Showcase

As part of TORCH: Theranostic Oncology Research – Collaboration Hub,
we are delighted to host an e-Poster Showcase designed to give visibility to current research and stimulate discussion across the conference community.

The e-Poster Session will take place via LinkedIn in connection with the conference on April 24, 2026.

It is open to everyone.. students, PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career scientists.. working in areas related to the conference themes.

This initiative offers an additional opportunity to share your work, connect with peers, and engage with a wider multidisciplinary audience beyond the in-person event.

Researchers active in fields such as theranostics, fluorescence-guided surgery, cancer biology, molecular imaging, biomarkers, precision oncology, medicinal chemistry, and translational oncology are warmly encouraged to participate.

📌 To join the e-Poster Session, please register through the conference form

📣 Don’t forget to spread the word and join the online discussion using the official hashtag:

⚙️ How does it work?

The TORCH e-Poster Session will take place on LinkedIn.
If you do not already have an account, we recommend creating one in advance.

📝 Register through the online form before the poster submission deadline (20 April 2026)

📅 On the day of the event, publish your poster as a LinkedIn post using the official hashtag #TORCHPisa.
You may also add other relevant hashtags to improve the visibility of your work.

💬 During the event and later, participants are encouraged to stay active and interact through the comments section, replying to questions and engaging in scientific discussion.

🎥 In addition to the poster, you are encouraged also to share a short 2-3 minute poster slam video to briefly introduce your research.

🧪 How to prepare your poster

You are free to use the software and layout you prefer, as long as the final poster is clear, readable, and visually effective once uploaded to LinkedIn.

📐 Landscape format is preferred.

Please make sure that:

  • the text is easy to read;
  • figures and graphical elements are clearly visible;
  • the overall layout remains effective when viewed online.

✅ We strongly recommend testing your poster on LinkedIn before the event to make sure the image quality and readability are satisfactory.

🎤 Additional information on the poster slam

A poster slam is a short video presentation that highlights the key message of your research in a concise and engaging way.

Participants are encouraged to be creative, while keeping the presentation clear, accessible, and scientifically focused.

The poster slam should:

  • last 2-3 minutes;
  • be presented in English;
  • have good audio quality.

🔊 Please speak clearly and make sure your presentation can be easily followed by a broad multidisciplinary audience.

💡 Subtitles are not mandatory, but they are encouraged as they may improve accessibility.
